This is exactly what June 2021 looked like for all hotels belonging to the Russian Seasons Group of Hotels.

- Nevsky Boutique Hotel - 59% utilization, ADR 5,722, RevPAR 3,796;
- Kizhi Boutique Hotel - 46% utilization, ADR 8,333, RevPAR 3,796;
- Boutique Hotel Lermontov - 77% utilization, ADR 5 853, RevPAR 4 515;
- Apart Hotel Peresvet - loading 50%, ADR 4 340, RevPAR 2 170;
- Eco Hotel Peresvet - loading 54%, ADR 5,700, RevPAR 3,100;
- Comfort Hotel Peresvet - loading 58%, ADR 4 400, RevPAR 2 600;
- Spa Hotel Peresvet - 59% load, ADR 6 500, RevPAR 3 800;
- Park Hotel Peresvet - loading 74%,ADR 8 000, RevPAR 5 900.
