The Russian Seasons management company has officially announced the termination of cooperation with Akadem Service due to a violation of the agreed terms of cooperation.

The reason was the unauthorized posting of information about the group's accommodation facilities in the Yandex Travel channel without the prior consent of the copyright holder. According to the Management Company, the work model was clearly outlined to the parties earlier: sales should be carried out exclusively in the B2B segment — for corporate clients and buyers within the framework of existing agency agreements with <url>. The distribution of tariffs, data on the availability of numbers and content through third-party channels without written approval contradicts the established agreements.

The company stressed that such actions are regarded as improper fulfillment of partner obligations. In this regard, it was decided to completely cease interaction with the counterparty.

The management company also sent an official request to close the transmission of tariffs and accessibility to all distribution channels, delete previously published materials and block access to data from the group's facilities.

Written confirmation of the fulfillment of the specified conditions is expected.
